Day 1
6:00-7:00pm - Brown West 210
Come learn the basics of coding with IBM's Python library, Qiskit - no prior experience needed! Free food will be provided!
Day 2
5:00-6:00pm - Berthoud 243
Building off of the skills learned in the Beginner Workshop, we will look at a slightly more advanced problem to see how Qiskit is actually applied to run quantum algorithms. Free food will be provided!
Day 3
9:00-9:50am - CoorsTek 282
We will have a virtual seminar given by an eomplyee from IBM. Details TBD!
Day 4
6:00-8:00pm - Quantum Theory Lab (CoorsTek 230)
This event will be a casual time for games and socializing. Snacks will be provided! If you need any help finishing your Hackathon or Challenge Notebook submissions, bring your work to collaborate with your peers!
9:00pm - Online Submission
All entries are due by 9:00pm sharp. Partially complete entries will still be eligible for prizes - late entries will not be accepted.
Day 5
12:00pm-1:00pm - Quantum Theory Lab (CoorsTek 230)
To celebrate the end of Qiskit Fall Fest 2025, we will have lunch and announce the winners of the hackathon. We will also host a fun quantum-themed game (think Quantum Jeopardy)! Prizes will be given out for hackathon and game participation.
