Quick Manifest Updater

Quickly Update the manifest file of your addon. It updates Scripting Module versions and UUIDs
If you're new, do this: Click the "Choose File" button, then select the addon file you downloaded, then click the "Update Manifest" button, and finally, click the "Download as .mcaddon" button. That's all!
