Whether you are a teacher or student, if you have never played Minecraft before start with this brief tutorial to learn the basic controls and actions in Creative Mode. This module takes place entirely in Creative Mode.
From here log into your Minecraft account, choose "Singleplayer" and play around for a bit. Practice with the controls and try to build something; this could be a house, a restaurant, a castle, or whatever you think is cool!
Connecting to the WHIMC server -- Go to Multiplayer, join server, and type following in: whimc.beastmc.com (or 69.175.38.239). It will start you out at the NASA rocket launch facility!
