If any of you guys have bought Mine Craft and can only play demo. Well, this is what you do. I had this problem myself and fixed it in 15 minutes so start off by going onto minecraft.net and go to login. Try using both your username and e-mail for the username and type your password. Note: If this doesn't work for you, then say everything specifically that you did and I might be able to help. Then if your login works, it will most likely say that you have bought Mine Craft which brought great relief to me and then press the big orange download button at home. Drag it to your desktop and double click on it. Let it do it's downloading and it will pop up with a folder called "runtime". Ignore that and go to switch user. Use the same e-mail or username and password you did before to login to minecraft.net and press login. It will then pop up with play and your name above switch user instead of "player" or some random letters and numbers. I hope this works for anyone who has this problem just as the it helped me.

I bought the game about a month ago, everything worked fine, then yesterday when I tried to login it told me I could only play the demo, I've tried everything possible, and on the minecraft.net site it says I haven't bought the game yet.

When you install Forge, it puts a modified game in the folder that the launcher accesses. The launcher still passes the information that you don't have an account on to it. Forge could ignore that and just let you play the full version, but I don't think it does. Also a mod could do that, but I don't know any that do it.

if you don't want to install forge make a demo world and cleck esc when entered world then open to lan and enable cheats plus set gamemode to creative then go back to world go to chat and type /GameMode 1 to give you creative and if you want unlimited time just watch this

otherwise, if you want all that plus mods and shaders install forge then install optifine, then click the windows start button and are at the same time and type in the box that comes up type %appdata%, and file explorer will pop up then click on .minecraft and make a folder called mods if there isnt one already and put optifine in it plus whatever mods you like. if you want shaders download a shader then click windows start and r at same time, then go to .minecraft then make a folder called shaderpacks (all lower caps) and put the shader in it then after your done with all that restart your computer and voila it works like the real version except multplayer (it works on lan just not out of your wifi connection)

Hi there I only just got my students to download the Education Edition last week and some of my students are already getting this message. We learn via distance (correspondence school) so I am unsure how to fix this? I am meant to be running weekly classes and thought I could use this but if they are getting these messages we won't be able to use it?

Hi there Jayde Demanser. Since the licenses on your student accounts have expired, you may need to talk to an IT admin at your school, or someone with admin and purchase permissions to set your student accounts up with full licenses.

Hi henry do - I'm so sorry you lost access to Minecraft: Education Edition. The New South Wales DOE recently changed the way they distribute licenses to students, and you'll need to reach out to your school IT support to apply for access.

Daniel Smith - I don't know if your problem is resulting from the same root cause as mine. (sometimes we never know with tech things!) A regular student who comes in after school at the same station in a regular account all of a sudden had this problem. What I did was log in to the free hour of code lessons and then the accoutn seemed to "find" the connection again after. I am assuming I had a brief case of spotty internet. Just a troubleshootin option for you, but let us know; we want to help and see this resolved! =]

Getting "trial has ended" We have over 100,000 students with Minecraft licenses. Most are working fine on our iPads however we have several at each school that get the "trial has ended" message. They are all licensed. Why is this happening? The students are on the wifi at schools, using student accounts, other students around them are working, no matter what iPad they use the students logins are not working.

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with the free trial screen. I would reach out to your IT admin to learn more. They will be able to tell you which accounts have Minecraft Education licenses attached to their accounts and which do not.
