A: Building a city takes skill, patience, and planning. I have developed my own style over time that goes for a slightly smaller scale to real life. If you want some tips on building cities and buildings, do refer to some great tutorials on YouTube.
A: It depends on your skill and how much time you want to dedicate to your city. A previous city world of mine has had on and off construction for nearly 5 years now and it's still far from "complete". I don't have a deadline for this project, it's just a hobby for me and my friends to do.
A: I build my roads in a simplistic style, partly due to the scaling of my city builds, partly due to simplicity's sake, and partly due to inspiration from other YouTubers such as Marc Schroeder (@MarcBookPro) and Roadway World (@RoadwayWorld). As a guideline: I build roads and streets with either gray or black wool, except on bridges, where I use light gray wool. 1 block = 1 lane. In three block wide city streets, the middle lane counts as a two-way left turn lane/median. Yellow carpet signifies general parking, and blue carpet signifies handicapped parking. Road signs are built with birch fence and warped signs to match as closely to the real world as possible while adhering to the small scale. Birch fence is also occasionally used as railing or as a highway divider.
A: As the world expands, I do plan to add more states and potentially a neighboring country. I will build different themes depending on the neighborhood, city, or country.
A: A world download will be made available later on as the world expands and when there are more cities to explore.
