This policy explains how MineBlaster (also displayed as Mine Blaster), a game from Bee Studio / Yaniv Bretshneider, handles information. For privacy questions or requests, contact yanivbret@gmail.com.
MineBlaster is intended for a general audience, including children. Before advertising or online leaderboard services are started, the game asks for a year of birth with no preselected year and offers a “Prefer not to say” option. The year is used temporarily on your device to select a privacy category. The game does not save or send the entered year; it saves only the privacy category locally.
The current version uses a conservative adult check based on the year: online services are available only when the entered year establishes that the player is at least 18. If the year alone leaves uncertainty about the 18th birthday, the player stays in local play. Players below this threshold and players who do not provide a year use local play: the game does not initialize its advertising SDK or Unity Gaming Services authentication and leaderboard for these profiles. They can play and keep local progress and best scores without using these services.
The game stores gameplay progress, high scores, settings, tutorial completion and advertising preferences on your device. For profiles eligible for online features, MineBlaster uses Unity Gaming Services Authentication to create an anonymous player identifier and Unity Leaderboards to store and display daily scores. You may choose a player nickname. Your nickname, score and ranking may be visible to other players. The game does not require you to provide an email address or password to play.
For eligible adult profiles, MineBlaster displays optional rewarded advertisements and advertisements between completed games. No advertisements are requested or displayed for local-play profiles. It uses Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads and Unity Ads. These providers may collect and share device or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, interactions with advertisements, and technical or diagnostic information. They use this information to deliver and measure advertisements, operate their services, prevent fraud and, where permitted and with the relevant consent, personalize advertising.
For online profiles, Unity Gaming Services processes player identifiers, nicknames, scores and technical information to provide authentication and leaderboards. We do not ask you to provide health information, financial information, contacts, photos, microphone recordings or precise GPS location as part of gameplay.
For the providers’ current practices, including their retention periods and privacy controls, see Unity’s Privacy Policy. Advertising and leaderboard services process data on servers that may be located outside your country. Unity describes the safeguards it applies to relevant international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, in its privacy documentation and data processing terms.
Eligible adult profiles are asked whether they allow personalized advertising. You can change this choice through PRIVACY on the home screen. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop advertisements or all processing needed for contextual ads, measurement, security and fraud prevention. You can also manage your advertising identifier and available advertising privacy controls in your Android device settings. Rewarded ads are optional; you may decline the reward and continue with the available gameplay options.
Local game data remains on your device until it is replaced, cleared through device settings or removed with the app, subject to device backup settings. The daily leaderboard is configured to reset each day; a reset is not a promise that all underlying service records are immediately deleted. Unity and advertising providers retain service data according to their own policies and applicable requirements. We use the security protections provided by these services, but no internet service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may contact yanivbret@gmail.com to ask about your data or request access, correction or deletion where applicable. To help us locate an anonymous leaderboard record, include your in-game nickname and relevant score or date; do not send passwords. We may need additional information to verify and identify the record. We will review requests and, where appropriate, coordinate with our service providers. Clearing app data alone does not necessarily delete data held by those providers. Provider-specific requests can also be made through the privacy options described in Unity’s policy.
Children can use the local-play profile described above, without advertising or online leaderboard services. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through those disabled services. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to us, including by contacting support or entering an incorrect age choice, contact yanivbret@gmail.com. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to delete information where required, including coordinating with service providers when necessary. Opening an external policy or provider link uses your browser and is subject to the hosting provider’s practices.
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA and UK may also complain to their local data protection authority. Where California privacy law applies, rights may include opting out of a sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and receiving equal treatment when exercising privacy rights. Advertising-related disclosures may fall within these legal definitions even if no money is paid for the information. Contact us to make a request; available provider controls are described in Unity’s privacy documentation.
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised date.
