I am an instructional designer dedicated to making learning clear, accessible, and genuinely engaging for every learner. My former experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and assessment coordinator shaped my ability to translate complex concepts into practical, learner-centered experiences. I’ve designed curriculum and facilitated learning for audiences ranging from middle school students to working professionals and leaders, giving me a unique lens into how different people think, process information, and apply new skills. Today, I bring that same enthusiasm, structure, and creativity to the digital learning space—developing eLearning, microlearning, and multimedia solutions that drive performance and build confidence.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom of two energetic boys who keep life busy and full of joy. I stay connected to my community by volunteering with their baseball teams and supporting their school’s PTO initiatives. Whether organizing events, helping with games and team activities, or pitching in as needed, I love being involved in creating positive, encouraging experiences for kids and families. I’m also an avid reader and enjoy experimenting in the kitchen.
I am committed to growing my career in instructional design by staying current with evolving learning technologies, AI-enhanced workflows, accessibility standards, and research-based adult learning practices. I love collaborating with others, simplifying the complex, and building learning experiences that make people feel capable and supported.
