MindTrek (“the App”) is a casual quiz and story game developed by The New Planet.
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We do not require you to create an account and we do not collect personal information like your name, email, or contact details.
The App processes the following information:
Local app data (on your device only):
Settings (e.g., dark mode, sound on/off, selected theme), game progress (e.g., question index, scores), and in-game currency (“Treks”). This data is stored locally on your device using standard operating system storage (e.g., SharedPreferences on Android). We do not receive this data on any server.
Advertising data (via Google AdMob):
The App shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device and ad identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), approximate location, and app interaction data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with legal obligations. This data is processed by Google as an independent controller under its own policies.
Purchase information (via Google Play):
In-app purchases (e.g., “Remove Ads”, Treks packs) are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your payment details. Google provides us only with purchase status needed to grant entitlements (e.g., remove ads, add Treks).
Crash/diagnostics (if enabled by your device/Google Play):
Your device or the store may send anonymized crash/diagnostic info to help improve stability. We do not link this to your identity.
Run core features (gameplay, themes, saving progress locally).
Show ads and offer rewarded ads (via AdMob).
Fulfill in-app purchases and restore past purchases (via Google Play Billing).
Improve the App’s quality and stability.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
Google AdMob to serve and measure ads.
Google Play to process purchases and manage entitlements.

MindTrek is intended for users aged 16 and above.
The App features:
Fantasy and stylized characters, including some mildly suggestive outfits or romantic scenes
Stylized pets or creatures that may appear mildly scary to younger audiences
MindTrek does not contain explicit sexual activity, nudity, violence, or gambling.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the app, please contact us at fabdvlp@gmail.com so we can assist you in managing or removing any locally stored data.
Local: Game settings and progress are stored only on your device. If you uninstall the App, this data is typically removed by the OS.
Transit: Data sent to Google services (e.g., AdMob, Google Play) is protected by their security measures and industry-standard encryption in transit.
Ads: You can limit ad personalization in your device settings (Advertising ID / Ads settings). You can also remove ads inside the App via the one-time “Remove Ads” purchase.
Rewarded ads: Watching rewarded ads is optional. If you choose to watch, the ad network may process your device identifiers as described above.
Purchases: You can view and manage your purchases with Google Play and use “Restore Purchases” in the App.
Our third-party providers (e.g., Google) may process data on servers located in multiple countries. They operate under their own privacy and compliance frameworks.
We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updates will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
