At MindThread, we’re committed to making sure you love your gear — and that it fits just right.

We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to exchange your item for a different size if it’s not quite the right fit.

Here’s how our exchange policy works:

• Size exchanges only: We’ll exchange your item for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
  
  

• Timeframe: You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
  

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
  
  

• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  
  

• Exchanges are final: Once exchanged, the item cannot be returned or exchanged again.
