Mind the Track! ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you play our game.
To provide and maintain the game's features, we use Firebase (a service provided by Google LLC). We only collect the minimum amount of data required for gameplay and the global leaderboard:
Fictional Names / Pseudonyms: If you choose to participate in the global leaderboard, you will be asked to enter a fictional name. This name is entirely up to you and does not need to reflect your real-world identity.
Game Scores: We collect your high scores to rank you against other players on the global leaderboard.
Device Identifiers: We may collect anonymous device IDs or installation identifiers through Firebase. This is used solely for core app functionality (e.g., preventing leaderboard spam, ensuring app stability, and tracking technical performance).
All data collected for the leaderboard is securely transmitted and stored using Google Firebase.
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
We do not collect real-world personal data such as your real name, email address, phone number, or precise geographic location.
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third-party advertisers or external companies. Your data is only processed by Google Firebase to run the global leaderboard and monitor app performance.
Mind the Track! is designed to be safe for all players. Because we do not collect real-world personal identifiable information (PII), we comply with the Google Play Family Policies. The fictional names and scores entered into the leaderboard should not contain any real personal information.
If you have any questions or concerns about this privacy policy, or if you would like to request the removal of your leaderboard entry, please feel free to contact us at:
