Tap Sign Up if you’re new and want to create an account.
Tap the icons to sign in using email or social accounts if you already have an account.
2. Login Screen
Enter your Email Address and Password.
Tap the eye icon to see your password if needed.
Check the box to stay logged in for 30 days.
Tap Log In to access the app.
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot Password to reset it.
3. Sign-Up Screen
Enter a Username, Email Address, and a secure Password.
Re-enter your password in the Confirm Password field.
Tap Sign Up to create your account.
1. User Guide (First Screen)
Use the search bar at the top to look for guides or information within the app.
Use the "Sort by time" button to organize information by date.

2. Select Your User Type (Second Screen)
On this screen, you need to select your user type:
Elementary – For elementary school students.
High School – For high school students.
College – For college or university students.
Parents – For parents who want to monitor their child’s progress.
Tap on the category that fits you to proceed.

3. Home Screen & Progress Tracking (Third Screen)
The top of the screen shows the user type currently logged in (e.g., Parents).
The middle section displays the Daily Summary, which provides an overview of progress in colorful graphs.
Main navigation at the top:
My Day – View the daily schedule and activities.
Progress – Track learning progress.
Achievement – Check user achievements.
Study – Access study materials.
Task notifications will appear, for example:
"Alex finished his task" – A task has been completed.
"Mathematics & Science homework due 4th January is done" – The assignment is completed.
You can tap "Check Alex's task now" to view task details.
Bottom navigation menu:

"Recommended For You" suggests study tools based on your usage.

2. Browse Study Tools (Second Screen)
This screen displays various study tools available in the app.
You can find tools like:
Study Planner – Organize your study schedule.
Timetable Maker – Create and customize your own timetable.
Promodoro Timer – Use a time-management technique for efficient studying.
Tap on any tool to start using it.
You can browse different sections like New, Popular, and Premier study tools.
3. Use the Study Planner (Third Screen)
The Study Planner helps you manage your daily study routine.
The top calendar bar lets you select a specific date to view your schedule.
Tasks are color-coded and listed by time, such as:
8:00 AM – Sejarah (History) homework (Blue)
10:00 AM – Study Math Chapter 3 (Pink)
12:00 PM – Science Flashcard (Orange)
2:00 PM – Grammar Drill (Green)
4:00 PM – RBT Quizlet Session (Red)
Tap the “+” button at the bottom to add a new study session.
The motivational message at the bottom encourages you: "One step further to success!!"
This app helps with schedule planning, time management using the Pomodoro technique, and boosting study motivation with "Study With Me" videos.
1. Creating a Schedule with "Timetable Maker"
Add Schedule: Enter the day, time, and activity title in the available fields.
Organize Schedule: Select and fill in the appropriate time slots for your activities.
View Schedule List: The bottom section displays the list of scheduled activities.
2. Using the "Pomodoro" Timer
Set a Session: Choose a work mode (Pomodoro, short break, or long break).
Start Timer: Press the Start button to begin your study or work session.
Track Progress: Monitor your time and completed activities.
3. Boosting Motivation with "Study With Me"
Choose a Video: Various motivational and study session videos are available for streaming.
Use as a Study Companion: Select an ambiance like background music or rain sounds to enhance focus.
1. Setting Up and Viewing Reminders
Open the MindSpace app.
Navigate to the "Notification" tab at the bottom menu.
Here, you will see the "Reminder Alert" screen.
Your pending tasks will be listed with details such as subject name and due date.
Tap on a reminder to view more details or complete the task.
You can also manage reminders with options like "Snooze" or "Off" for alarms.
2. Searching for Study Notes
Go to the "Learn Notes" section by selecting the category tab from the bottom menu.
A search bar is available at the top, where you can type the subject or topic you need.
You can filter search results by tapping the filter icon next to the search bar.
The app provides categorized study materials such as University Notes, High School Notes, and Elementary Notes.
3. Browsing University Notes
In the University Notes section, you can explore various study categories.
Tap on a category (e.g., Human Science, Accounting, Business) to access relevant notes.
Click on "View Notes" under a category to read or download the material.
4. Uploading Your Own Notes
The app allows users to contribute by uploading their own notes.
Tap the pink "+" button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Follow the upload instructions to share your study materials with other users.

Open the MindSpace app.
Tap on the "Game" icon in the bottom menu.
This will take you to the Games page, where you can see a variety of educational games.

The Games page is divided into different sections:
New – Latest added games.
Popular – Trending and most-played games.
Premiere – Exclusive or premium games.
Scroll through the list to find a game that interests you.
3. Choosing a Game to Play

Quizizz – A quiz-based learning app.
Anki Flashcard – Helps with memorization using flashcards.
Skribbl – A drawing and guessing multiplayer game.
Drawize – Another drawing-based guessing game.

4. Tracking Your Progress
On the right side of the screen, you will see a points tracker (e.g., "96" in the screenshot).
This score reflects your progress and achievements in the games.

The first screen displays your notifications, progress, and pending tasks.
Steps to Use:
View Progress:
Your progress is displayed under the "Achievement & progress" section. It shows the percentage of your completed study goals.
A motivational message encourages you to keep going.
Play Learning Games:
There is an interactive learning game feature to reinforce your studies.
Check Pending Tasks:
Under "To-do," you will find a list of pending tasks like Mathematics homework and Science subjects.
Click the green checkmark to mark tasks as completed.
Study Reminders:
The app provides reminders for study sessions with added dates.
2. Managing Your Profile
The second screen focuses on user profile settings.
Steps to Use:
View Profile Information:
The user’s name, role (e.g., "University Student"), and profile picture are displayed.
Adjust General Settings:
Mode (Dark & Light): Toggle between dark mode and light mode.
Change Password: Update your password for security.
Language Settings: Change the app language.
Access Terms & Policies:
View the app’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
You can also share the app with others.
3. Managing Multiple Accounts (Parent’s View)
The third screen is for parents managing children’s accounts.
Steps to Use:
Switch Between Kids’ Accounts:
The parent can manage multiple children’s profiles (e.g., "Suraya (Elementary)" and "Alex (High School)").
Swipe left or right to switch between different accounts.
Edit Profile:
Click on the profile picture to update account details.
Modify Settings:
Similar to the student profile, parents can change the display mode, password, and language settings.
Final Tips:
Use the Bottom Navigation Bar to switch between Home, Categories, Games, Notifications, and Profile.
