These policies provide general information regarding services offered by Mindset Reset App LLC. Specific projects may also require a separate written project agreement describing the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, timeline, and other project-specific conditions.

Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request is free and does not obligate the requester to purchase services.

Submission of a request does not constitute acceptance of a project or create a client-service provider relationship.

Mindset Reset App LLC reserves the right to accept or decline a project based on project scope, technical requirements, scheduling availability, or whether the project falls within the services currently offered.

Estimates and Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are starting prices or estimated ranges and are not guaranteed final prices.

Final pricing depends on the requirements, features, complexity, integrations, estimated development time, and scope of each project.

A project should not begin until the client and Mindset Reset App LLC have agreed upon the applicable project scope, pricing, payment terms, and other necessary project details.

Scope Changes

Quotes are based on the project requirements agreed upon at the time the quote is prepared.

Requests for additional features, substantial design changes, integrations, functionality, or other work outside the agreed-upon scope may result in additional charges and changes to the estimated completion timeline.

Additional work requiring additional payment should be discussed with the client before that work is performed.

Payment

Payment requirements, including any deposit, installment schedule, and final payment, will be communicated before paid development work begins.

Project-specific payment requirements may vary according to the size and scope of the project.

Any applicable third-party costs or fees that are not included in the development quote should be identified and discussed with the client when reasonably known.

Project Timelines

All development timelines are estimates unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Timelines may be affected by project complexity, requested changes, client response times, third-party services, technical issues, Google Play review, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Mindset Reset App LLC.

If a significant delay or issue affecting the anticipated timeline occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate the change to the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and any content, materials, approvals, or information reasonably necessary to complete their project.

Clients should only provide materials they own or have permission to use.

Delays in receiving required information, materials, feedback, or approvals may affect the project's completion timeline.

Third-Party Services

Some applications may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, Google services, or other external services.

Mindset Reset App LLC does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, policies, functionality, or performance.

Changes made by third-party providers may require future application updates or maintenance.

Google Play

Applications intended for distribution through Google Play are subject to Google's policies, technical requirements, review procedures, and approval decisions.

Mindset Reset App LLC cannot guarantee approval, publication, ranking, continued availability, or a particular review timeframe on Google Play.

If Google requires changes to an application, additional development work may be necessary depending on the circumstances and the agreed project scope.

Maintenance & Updates

Maintenance, updates, and post-development services are separate from initial development unless specifically included in the applicable project agreement.

At this time, ongoing maintenance and update services are offered only for applications originally developed by Mindset Reset App LLC.

Pricing for maintenance and updates depends on the work requested.

Client Content and Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring that content, images, trademarks, business names, text, audio, video, and other materials they provide for use in an application may legally be used for the project.

Ownership and transfer of custom project deliverables, source code, client-provided materials, and any applicable third-party components should be addressed in the individual project agreement.

Third-party software, libraries, services, and other components remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Confidential and Sensitive Information

Do not send passwords, API keys, signing credentials, financial account information, or other sensitive credentials through website forms or ordinary email.

If project development requires access to an account, platform, or service, appropriate access arrangements will be discussed with the client.

No Guarantee of Business Results

Development of an application does not guarantee downloads, revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, rankings, user engagement, or commercial success.

The performance and success of a client's business or application depend on numerous factors outside the control of Mindset Reset App LLC.

Limitation of Services

Mindset Reset App LLC currently specializes in Android application development. Services outside the company's current capabilities or project scope may be declined.

Changes to These Policies

These policies may be updated periodically as services and business practices evolve. The version posted on this website will reflect the current general policies.
