As a Minds By Mary Life Coach, my goal is to guide and inspire people to live their desired life. I direct people to the realization of their own internal strength. We will dig deep to what’s truly inside themselves to bring out the life they’ve been dreaming! I will not sugar coat this process and I will deliver actionable valued steps towards your guaranteed success.

I have had several leadership roles since I was 8 years old and have always been a competitive varsity athlete. I know the determination it takes to achieve triumph but I also understand when being humble is needed. I was raised on a 40-acre farm close to Indianapolis, Indiana but move to Cincinnati, Ohio for my husband where I now have a supportive virtual and in-person growing community! I am very close to my big family so when I am not online with a client, I am creating memories with them or at my second home …the gym.
