By installing or using MindPoke, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please uninstall the extension and do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
MindPoke is a premium productivity Chrome Extension that lets you:
Create and schedule URL-based task reminders with custom notifications and sounds.
Access a gamified task dashboard with XP, levels, and streaks.
Use a dedicated Focus Mode with ambient soundscapes.
Customize notification sounds, reminder days, and scheduling per task.
Full features require an active Premium License purchased via Lemon Squeezy.
2. Premium License & Payment
Licenses are sold annually at mindpoke.lemonsqueezy.com/checkout, processed by Lemon Squeezy Inc.
Upon purchase, you receive a License Key to enter in the Extension Settings.
Each license is for personal use only — it may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
Licenses are valid for one year. Premium features lock at expiry until renewed.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting
support@dainty.app.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Reverse engineer or decompile the Extension's source code.
Use automated scripts to call the third-party APIs integrated in the Extension.
Share, resell, or sublicense your License Key.
Attempt to bypass the license validation system.
Use the MindPoke brand, mascot, name, or logo to create competing products.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, mascot artwork, animations, icons, and sounds in MindPoke are the exclusive property of DAINTY APPS LAB LTD. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal productivity use only.
5. Disclaimers & No Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAINTY APPS LAB LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current annual license.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
