Do I need to pay extra for the portal?
No, these are included in the fees.
Will my child get catch-up classes if he/she is absent for their regular classes?
Students will be provided access to online videos to compensate for their absence. No extra sessions will be scheduled for absence. Parents please avoid scheduling holidays or parties during term lessons to avoid missing lessons.
How many students will be in one class?
The session will be specific to the grade level, and there will be a maximum of 15 students in each class. Do note students will be given personalised work to match their ability on the portal.
Which days and time will the classes run?
Please refer the time table.
Can we change class times and days?
Your child should attend the allocated time and session for their class. Any request to change the class timings or days will not be possible.
Where to contact if my child needs additional support?
There are videos available for mathematics questions , if there is still confusion the student can bring the question to the next class to discuss.
Are the teachers qualified?
Yes, we have qualified teachers and on top of that we have student buddies who are previous Mindmax students who are attending/attended selective schools.
