心思導航 (MindMap HK) 是一個專為香港人設計的心理健康服務導航平台。我們的目標是協助大眾在面對情緒困擾或心理健康問題時,更容易找到合適的專業支援和資源。
透過清晰、透明的資訊,心思導航讓公眾能夠連結到合資格的專業人士──包括臨床心理學家、輔導心理學家、教育心理學家、輔導員,以及相關的治療服務。
我們相信,專業心理健康服務應該更容易被看見和接觸。心思導航希望能縮短公眾與服務提供者之間的距離,降低求助的障礙,並推動及早尋求協助。
About MindMap HK
MindMap HK is a mental health service navigation platform designed for the Hong Kong community. Our goal is to make it easier for individuals to find appropriate professional support and resources when facing emotional distress or mental health concerns.
Through clear and transparent information, MindMap HK connects the public with qualified professionals — including clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists, educational psychologists, and counsellors — as well as relevant therapeutic services.
We believe that professional mental health services should be visible, accessible, and easier to connect with. By bridging the gap between the public and providers, MindMap HK hopes to reduce barriers to care and encourage timely help-seeking.
