Alpha Team athletes are held to the highest standard and trained with a more intensive, competitive curriculum. They represent the best of Mind Gym ISD in commitment, character, and consistency.

Ideal For: Creating a select team of competitive focused players

Includes:

• 2 weekly team practices (60 mins)

• Position-specific development (routes, IQ, field drills, game scenarios)

• Weekly Alpha Team Leadership huddle (faith, discipline, vision)

• Monthly performance and growth evaluation

• Digital team performance tracker + journal

• Team kit (shirt + wristband)

• Invitations to tournaments, showcases, or scrimmages (seasonal)
  
  

Potential Seasonal Costs: Registration fees, equipment, uniforms, travel, and other related expenses may apply. All billing will be communicated clearly and kept fair and reasonable.

Open to all athletes seeking skill development, character coaching, and physical conditioning.

Omega Team sessions are focused on fundamentals, fitness, teamwork, and spiritual growth. The Omega environment builds confidence while preparing athletes for future Alpha selection.

Ideal For: Beginners, recreational athletes, or those working on skill and mindset development.  We will play pick up games during the hour to develop skills needed to succeed in sports. 

Includes:

• 1 30 minute weekly skill-building session, followed by pick up games to build skill in the seasonal sport (60 mins total)

• Rotating sport-specific fundamentals (drills, coordination, teamwork)

• Group devotion and mental motivation moment

• Access to team-wide challenges and journal prompts

• Evaluation opportunities to move up to Alpha Team
