Our Program:
The Crafting Circle is a unique crafting club that blends mindfulness, mental health education, and art-making to empower kids to manage stress, regulate emotions, and build meaningful connections with themselves and others.
Mindfulness: Teaches children to pause, notice, and respond instead of reacting automatically. Regular practice reduces stress and improves focus.
Mental Health Education: Normalizes youth emotions and builds self-acceptance, understanding, and emotional regulation.
Art-Making: Provides a safe, creative outlet for kids to express and process emotions. Art-making helps calm minds, build confidence, and foster community.
Peer Connection: Classes among peers build social support and helps every child feel part of a thriving community.
