Each team chooses a wellbeing activity based on classroom readings and discussions to design, create a toolkit, with the description of the activity in both English and Spanish.
Guidelines to create the toolkit:
use visuals to illustrate the chosen activity
inform the target audience (e.g. children, teens, adults, etc.) and context that the activity can be applied to.
indicate the objectives to achieve by performing the activity
include suggestions such as frequency, place, equipment, clothes, etc.
design the toolkit using Google Slides as seen in your team space in Google Classroom
The written component is in English and Spanish so that this is a bilingual toolkit.
