Mindful Moments initiative is to give youth, specifically middle schoolers, and high schoolers resources to help them manage, cope, acknowledge, and talk about their mental well being in safe and healthy ways. We will be sharing grounding tips, breathing techniques, time management tips and overall school mental wellness tips based off of our research and personal experience. We are not mental health specialists, nor are we claiming to be, we are just two teens passionate about helping others through our experiences.
