A better version of my self ?

Lie or Truth ?

Lie, such a big lie.

Why is a lie :

Fact 1. You can not buy or change your personality overnight or in one month.

Fact 2. You're hiding under false pretences because it is more 'positive' to be/say that.

Fact 3. You're hiding yourself to be liked, fit it, be in the 'crowd' because it is easy.

Fact 4. You haven't found yourself, so you don't know how you really are.

Fact 5. Most of the time you have done nothing for yourself positively because you don't know how.

Fact 5. When a tiny little problem come across, you're 'better version of yourself' crumbles in 2 seconds.

Fact 6. Nothing wrong with wanting to be happy, have a better life etc. but don't fake it, acting like you are all this.

Fact 7. Today you're positive and tomorrow or next week you take a break is too much work.

And I can go on and on about this, but this is not the case because I'm not trying to make you sad, I'm trying to tell you the reality that I have notice in people who use this sentence.

A better version of yourself is a mask, who people usually hide behind it for the insecurities, loneliness, low self-esteem etc. not so show up.

Everybody has those problems, it is how you deal with them.

I hear people saying: I can't live without my phone, or I can't live without my car ...is suck a huge statement that without realizing you have done more damage in your life that you even realize.

Why you may ask ..well when you die you don't take any of those materialistic things that you have in this life with you, you only take what have you done for yourself and your soul.

People usually they get lost in being greedy, mean, frustration, power control etc.

Finding yourself not 'a better version of yourself' you really need to want this because is time, money, determination and commitment.

Finding yourself need to start from a point of honesty, self awareness, and speaking your truth exactly how your mind is thinking.

To speak your mind doesn't come easy because when you tell your truth people for sure they will not like it, and that's OK because you can't make everyone Happy, and it is not your job to do it, and if your truth hurt some people know they have their issues and insecurities that needed to be addressed.

If you think you will find happiness in others you will fail because how can they make you happy if you can make your self happy, another sentence that is completely understood wrong.

So 'a better version of yourself' is just wrong, doesn't work and never will.

Finding yourself in this big world, facing what hurt you, what pain you carry around every day, what makes you happy or sad, what people you like ...not what people you need because is a big difference, understanding why this why that etc. this is how you find yourself.

Namaste.
