Slayers are an important part of progression during Mid-Game and throughout Skyblock. By leveling up, you are able to unlock more weapons and more talismans. Below will be an overview of each slayer as well as some ways to defeat the powerful bosses that you may encounter.
The Sven Packmaster Tier 1 is the first boss tier encountered in the slayer collection. In order to unlock it, you must slay a tier 2 Revenant Horror and a tier 2 Tarantula Broodfather. The Packmaster has 2,000 health, and on average does 60 damage per second. The boss moves quick and can be disorienting. In order to summon the boss, talk to Maddox near the bartender. Here are some tips to defeating this boss:
Try fighting the boss in a pond or near water. This will slow the boss down to allow for more hits.
It is recommended to have at least a Silver Fang and around 100-150 defense for this fight. If you struggle to defeat it, try getting more talismans, better armor, or a better sword.
By defeating the boss, you are able to earn 5 Slayer XP towards the slayer quest!
The Sven Packmaster Tier 2 is a harder version of the Sven Packmaster. The boss has 40,000 health and deals around 200 damage per second. The boss can at times ignore your defense, which means that your defense stats will be not taken into account. Instead, focus more on damage and health rather than defense. The boss costs 2,000 coins to summon, and rewards you with 25 slayer xp. Here are some tips to defeating this boss:
Try to have at least a type of dragon armor and an AOTE to fight this boss. Unstable is a great option for this as it is cheap and gives you Critical Strike Chance and Damage. If you struggle to defeat it, try getting more talismans, better armor, or a better sword.
