Mind Check: Anxiety Tracker – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Mind Check: Anxiety Tracker mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Mind Check: Anxiety Tracker is designed for users aged 4 and above.
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App.
Mind Check: Anxiety Tracker offers the following core features:
Create scenarios and add steps/actions to each
If the user marks a step as photo required, the scenario cannot be completed without uploading a photo
Add reminders and set repeat schedules for specific days and times (Premium only)
View completed scenarios in the History section
Deleted scenarios and their associated photos cannot be recovered
Free Version:
You can create up to 2 scenarios
You can add unlimited steps to each scenario
Reminder notifications are only available with a Premium subscription
Some features are available exclusively through a Premium subscription. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play:
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions
All payments are handled by the respective platform; the developer does not store any payment data
Refunds and cancellations are subject to Apple or Google’s policies
Mind Check: Anxiety Tracker is intended to support personal anxiety management. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The developer is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of the App.
The developer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features from the App at any time without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (including design, software, icons, and text) is the property of Mind Check: Anxiety Tracker and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Updates will be provided within the App or on the official website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
