Homecoming Parade: Rock the Block

At this year's Rock the Block Homecoming Parade, Mind at Midnight brought a poster and took photos/videos with students to raise awareness about HOSA. Joined by our local ambulance organization, we were able to spread the importance of health by walking with HOSA in the parade.
Fall Leadership Conference

At the 2025 Fall Leadership Conference, we made a video about our experience and interviewed students about their sleep habits and how that impacts their daily life/mental health.
Educational Seminar

We had the pleasure of presenting to our fellow HOSA members about the importance of sleep regarding student wellness. Using an interactive slideshow, we were able to present our information and ask trivia questions to our fellow students.
Houston Methodist Hospital Symposium
October 1st, 2025
We attended the Houston Methodist Hospital Symposium, which educated us about different healthcare careers and their roles in patient care. During our time there, we had the privilege of interviewing various healthcare professionals about how they take care of their mental health on long shifts. We also touched on topics such as self-care, mindfulness, and ways to improve wellness.
Bracelet Making Activity with Swiftie Club

Our first club collaboration took place with the Tomball Memorial High School Swiftie Club! To promote taking time for yourself and doing an activity you enjoy, we joined them in making bracelets.
Passing Out Fidget Toys
October 15th, 2025
In honor of OCD Awareness Week, the Mind at Midnight team passed out fidget toys to students in order to decrease stress. During this time, we also took the time to talk to the students about the importance of managing stress and taking care of oneself in busy times.
Blood Drive

At the Tomball Memorial High School Blood Drive, Mind at Midnight hosted a table with activities for students to enjoy during and after donating! We also educated participants about the importance of rest.
Pumpkin Decorating with Swiftie Club

At a Swiftie club meeting, Mind at Midnight provided paper pumpkins for students to decorate. This event let students relax and destress from the week.
A Midnight Halloween

For Halloween, our Mind at Midnight members passed out candy with mental health messages on them! Each treat helped spread positivity, kindness, and encouragement throughout the community.
Light the Night Walk for Blood Cancer

Our Mind at Midnight team participated in the Light the Night Walk for Blood Cancer to support those who are battling this illness and to promote positive mental health.
Rest & Recharge Donation Drive
November 4th - December 19th, 2025
The Mind at Midnight team hosted a donation drive to collect hygiene and sleep products for The Beacon. By hosting this drive, we were able to support our local community and let them rest, refresh, and recharge.
Greater Houston Out of the Darkness Walk

Mind at Midnight had the privilege of walking alongside approximately 2000 in honor of suicide prevention and of those who we have lost to suicide.
Gong Cha Spirit Night

The Mind at Midnight team hosted an informational booth at a Gong Cha, sharing tips and insight on the importance of sleep and mental health. To give back to our community, we held a raffle that let participants have a chance to win a sleep basket stocked with essentials!
Tea for Teachers

To show our appreciation for everything our teachers do for us, we have set up a tea station in the teachers' lounge for them. Tea can reduce stress and improve sleep health, making this a perfect gift to help teachers rest better.

Texas State Representative Tom Oliverson presented the Mind at Midnight team with an award for their efforts in spreading the importance of sleep and mental health.
Passing out Candy Canes with Mental Health Messages

The Mind at Midnight team passed out candy canes with mental health messages to remind everyone how important sleep and a rested mind are. Peppermint can help promote alertness, reduce stress, and support overall well being.
Spirit Night at Gong Cha

Mind at Midnight and Hope Squad co-hosted a spirit night at Gong Cha. This spirit night raised funds for NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
Clips for Kindness

The Mind at Midnight team put a kindness clip stand in our high school, aiming to spread kindness within our own community. During a stressful time such as finals week, we knew that a positive project like this could brighten someone's day.
Holiday Wellness Workshop

Mind at Midnight hosted the Holiday Wellness Workshop at Lone Star College Library! Here, we educated many about mental health and sleep wellness. We also facilitated an ornament decorating activity, spreading holiday cheer in our community.
Passing Out Peyton Hearts

In awareness of suicide prevention and student wellness, Mind at Midnight passed out crochet heart keychains with positive messages. This project helped spread awareness throughout our own communities while also spreading positivity and kindness.
