This Privacy Policy explains how MindAge (“MindAge,” “the App”), developed by Kello Solutions (“Kello Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), handles information when you use the App.

We designed MindAge with privacy in mind. The App does not require you to create an account, and wherever possible, information is processed and stored directly on your device.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

MindAge may allow you to voluntarily provide information such as:

• Daily health and wellness check-ins

• Exercise and activity information

• Sleep-related information

• Nutrition and lifestyle information

• Mood or wellbeing selections

• Brain exercise results and activity history

• Personal goals and preferences

• Other information you voluntarily enter into the App

You are not required to provide this information to use the basic functionality of the App.

1.2 Apple Health Data

With your explicit permission, MindAge may access selected information available through Apple Health / HealthKit, depending on the features you choose to use.

This may include:

• Steps and physical activity

• Walking and exercise data

• Sleep information

• Heart rate information

• Resting heart rate

• Weight

• Blood pressure

• Other health and fitness information that you authorize the App to access

MindAge uses HealthKit information only to provide features such as health summaries, progress tracking, personalized wellness recommendations, and Brain Health Score calculations.

MindAge does not access Apple Health information unless you grant permission.

You can control or revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through your device's settings.

We do not sell HealthKit data.

We do not use HealthKit data for advertising.

We do not use HealthKit data for marketing or data brokerage.

1.3 Device Information

The App may process limited technical information necessary for normal operation, such as device type, operating system version, application version, and technical error information.

If third-party analytics or crash-reporting services are added to the App, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated to accurately describe their data practices.

2. How We Use Information

Information processed by MindAge may be used to:

• Provide and operate the App

• Calculate your Brain Health Score

• Track your personal progress

• Display activity and wellness trends

• Provide personalized habit suggestions

• Provide brain exercises and record exercise results

• Generate weekly or long-term progress summaries

• Improve the functionality and reliability of the App

• Respond to support requests

• Maintain security and prevent misuse

We do not use your information to diagnose dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or another medical condition.

3. Brain Health and Medical Disclaimer

MindAge is a wellness and healthy-aging application.

The App is designed to help users develop lifestyle habits associated with general brain health and wellbeing. Brain exercises, scores, recommendations, trends, and other information provided by MindAge are for informational and wellness purposes only.

MindAge is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or any other medical condition.

A Brain Health Score is not a medical risk score and should not be interpreted as a prediction of whether a person will develop dementia.

If you have concerns about memory, cognitive function, dementia, or your general health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Local Storage

Where technically possible, MindAge stores your personal wellness information locally on your device.

Information such as:

• Check-ins

• Brain exercise results

• Goals

• Progress

• Preferences

• App-generated scores

may remain on your device so that the App can provide its features without requiring an account.

If you delete the App, locally stored App data may also be removed, depending on Apple's device and backup behavior.

5. No User Account Required

MindAge does not require you to create a user account to use the App.

We do not require your:

• Name

• Email address

• Password

• Phone number

• Social media account

to use the core functionality of MindAge.

If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to include in your communication.

6. Data Sharing

Kello Solutions does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We do not share your personal health information with advertisers or data brokers.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Provide a service you explicitly request

• Comply with a legal obligation

• Protect the rights, safety, and security of Kello Solutions, users, or others

• Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

If future versions of MindAge introduce third-party services that collect or process personal information, we will update this Privacy Policy and the relevant App Store privacy disclosures before or when those practices are introduced.

7. Third-Party Services

MindAge may rely on Apple's operating system services, including Apple Health/HealthKit and Apple's App Store infrastructure.

Apple may process information according to Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

The App may also use third-party services in future versions for purposes such as crash reporting, analytics, subscriptions, or other technical functionality. Where applicable, those services will be disclosed in the App's privacy information.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

MindAge may offer optional subscriptions or other in-app purchases.

Payments are processed through Apple's App Store and in-app purchase system. Kello Solutions does not receive or store your complete payment card information.

Apple may process purchase-related information according to Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

9. Data Retention

Because much of MindAge's information is stored locally on your device, Kello Solutions generally does not maintain a separate server copy of your personal wellness information.

If you contact us directly, we may retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide support, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Where information is processed by a third-party service, retention may be governed by that provider's applicable policies and agreements.

10. Deleting Your Data

You can remove locally stored MindAge information by using available deletion controls within the App or by deleting the App from your device, where applicable.

You can also revoke Apple Health permissions through your device's Health or Privacy settings.

Because MindAge does not require an account and primarily stores information locally, there may be no personal account data held by Kello Solutions to delete.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information processed by MindAge against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children's Privacy

MindAge is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

13. Your Privacy Choices

You can control certain information permissions through your device, including:

• Apple Health access

• Notifications

• Other system permissions requested by the App

You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.

You may also choose not to provide optional information within the App.

14. International Users

MindAge may be used by people in different countries.

If information is processed by Kello Solutions or service providers outside your country, it may be subject to the laws and privacy protections applicable in those locations.

We aim to process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including applicable European data protection requirements.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to MindAge, our data practices, legal requirements, or applicable regulations.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
