Mind Fu is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Mind Fu mobile application (the "App").
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We only collect the information necessary to provide our services:
Journal Entries: Stored privately and accessible only to you and any coach(es) you explicitly authorize.
Discussion Board Content: Only visible to participating members. Bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement.
Account Info: Such as your name or email address, for login and authentication.
Device or usage data (only if applicable).
We do not collect or store any payment or credit card details. All payments are processed securely by Google Wallet.
To provide journaling and coaching features
To manage secure group discussions
To authenticate your account
To enforce community rules and non-disclosure agreements
No one, unless:
You authorize a coach to view your journal entries.
You participate in a discussion board (limited to participants).
Required by law or legal process.
Participation in group discussions is bound by a strict non-disclosure policy. You may not republish, quote, or share any content from these conversations outside the platform. Every participant agrees to this condition before joining.
All payments are handled by Google and Google Wallet. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.
You can access or delete your journal entries at any time.
You may delete your account by contacting us.

Mind Fu does not access, collect, use, or share any Health Data.
We do not integrate with health platforms such as Google Fit, Health Connect, or similar services, and we do not request or use any permissions related to health or fitness data.
Any information you choose to enter in the app (such as journal entries) is treated solely as general user-provided content and is not processed, analyzed, or categorized as Health Data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or by email.
