Mind Check: Anxiety Tracker – Privacy Policy

Mind Check: Anxiety Tracker values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is processed, stored, and protected while using the app. Our goal is to minimize data collection, ensure transparency, and give you full control.
Mind Check: Anxiety Tracker does not require you to create an account. The app does not collect any of the following personal information:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Location data
The app also does not request access to:
Contacts
Device location
Mind Check may request the following optional permission:
Camera access (optional): Used to capture photos when adding steps to your scenarios. Users take photos directly through the camera—no gallery access is used. This feature is available to all users for free.
This permission is used exclusively for in-app functionality. No personal data or images are transmitted to external servers.
All scenario and step data is stored in the cloud and linked only to your device instance.
If a scenario is deleted, all associated photos are permanently deleted.
Uploaded images and scenario content are not accessed or analyzed by the developer.
The following features are only available with a Premium subscription:
Creating more than 2 scenarios
Adding notifications and repeat reminders
Photo attachments are available to all users for free.
All payments are securely processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play. The developer does not collect or store any payment information.
Mind Check: Anxiety Tracker does not use advertising or behavioral tracking tools.
To improve app performance, anonymous crash reports and basic usage data may be collected via tools like Google Firebase:
No personal information is linked to analytics
A randomly generated session ID may be used temporarily
All data is securely stored and used solely to improve app functionality
Since no user account is created and no personal data is collected, there is no user data to delete upon request.
Users can manually delete scenarios within the app. When a scenario is deleted, any attached photos are also deleted automatically.
Mind Check: Anxiety Tracker is designed for users aged 4 and older. The app is not intended for very young children but may be used under parental supervision.
