This privacy policy applies to the Mind Block mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") created by FOXOff (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS."
Information Collection and Use The Application is designed to be fully functional without requiring any user registration. The Service Provider does not directly collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.
However, to provide advertisements and improve the performance of the game, the Application utilizes third-party services that may automatically collect certain technical information. This information includes, but is not limited to:

Location and AI Data
Location: The Application does not access or gather precise GPS information about the geographic location of your mobile device. However, third-party ad networks (like AdMob) may collect approximate location data derived from your IP address to serve relevant ads.
AI Technology: The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or monitor user behavior.
Data Disclosure The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected information only when required by law, such as to comply with a legal process, or when necessary to protect the safety and rights of users or the Service Provider.
Opt-Out Rights for Advertisements Users can opt-out of personalized advertising by adjusting the settings on their mobile devices.
For Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization. Additionally, you can stop all collection of technical information by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device.
Children’s Privacy The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. Since the Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information, it does not maintain any database of information from children. If any such data is discovered to have been inadvertently collected through third-party SDKs, it will be immediately deleted.
Security The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of any non-personal technical information processed by the Application through physical and electronic safeguards.
Changes This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
