"Minbarit" – Privacy Policy

Welcome to "Minbarit", a Masjid management application developed to help "Duliajan Masjid" and its community manage member contributions, funds, and communication in a transparent and organized way.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use Minbarit.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide and improve our services:

• Name, mobile number, and email address (via Google Sign-In)

• Details filled in the member registration form

• Payment or donation information (only recorded for verification; no payment card data is stored)

• App usage data such as timestamps of login and logout

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for:

• Managing member accounts and verifying new users

• Keeping records of contributions (Sadakah, Masjid fund, Madarsa fund, etc.)

• Allowing the admin to track and manage funds

• Sending notifications or reminders about payment dues or updates
  
  

3. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers.

• Only authorized admins have access to view or manage your data.

• We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party.

4. Payment Information

Minbarit uses Razorpay (or UPI) for handling digital payments. We do not store or process your bank or UPI details directly. All payment data is handled securely by the payment gateway provider.

5. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time using our Account Deletion Request Form. Once verified, all personal information will be permanently deleted within 90 days.

6. Data Retention

If an admin rejects a member’s request to join, no data is stored. Otherwise, user data is retained only as long as needed for record-keeping and management purposes.
