Mina recently participated in the Grace House Chilli Cook Off and received the 1st Place Award!
"When I was a little girl I would always play pretend as if I owned my own restaurant." Mina came to the United States in 1983 as an immigrant refugee. Mina started cooking when she was ten years old. Following her passion she opened Mina's Cafe, so she can share her gift and her dream with her customers.
Mina is from Laos, which is surrounded by several other countries in Southeast Asia. (Combodia, Thailand and Vietnam) Because of Minas love for food, she challenges herself to create unique dishes fusing American ingredients mixed with Asian spices.
Mina makes her food look good, taste great and have you feeling extraordinary after eating it.
