This privacy policy applies to the Mimi Video mobile application (the “Application”), developed by Anton Makarov (the “Service Provider”). The Application may be offered with optional paid features or subscriptions where applicable; core terms are described in the Application and in this policy. The Application is provided “as is.”
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This may include:
Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
App usage information, such as screens or features used, and the time and date of access
Time spent in the Application
Your mobile device’s operating system and related technical diagnostics
The Application does not collect precise location from your device.The Application does not use artificial intelligence (AI) to process your data or to provide features.The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send service-related communications (for example, important notices about the Application), where permitted by law and by your settings.To provide certain features, the Service Provider may ask you to provide personally identifiable information (for example, when you create an account). Such information is retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
The Application relies on third-party services that process data under their own terms and privacy policies. The Application uses Google Firebase services, which may include, depending on configuration: Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Remote Config, and related infrastructure. Please review Google’s documentation and privacy information for these services.
YouTube content is provided by Google/YouTube and is subject to Google/YouTube terms and privacy policies. The Application does not provide unrestricted browsing of YouTube; access is limited to the Application’s interface and your selected channels, subject to the Application’s functionality.
The Service Provider may share information with third parties as described in this policy, as required by law, or with service providers who process information on the Service Provider’s behalf under appropriate safeguards and instructions.
Advertising and Tracking
Collected data is used for Application functionality, analytics, and reliability/stability (for example, crash diagnostics). The Service Provider does not use this data to show third-party advertising in the Application or for cross-app tracking as described in typical “tracking” marketing contexts, except where required to operate integrated third-party SDKs under their default behavior—please review third-party policies for details.
Photos and Videos (On-Device)
User-selected photos and videos from your device library are processed on the device to provide Application features. They are not uploaded to the Service Provider’s servers solely for browsing your library as part of that selection experience, except where you use account-based sync features that may store metadata or preferences needed for those features (for example, progress or settings tied to your account, as implemented in the Application).
Opt-Out
You can stop collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it, using your device’s standard uninstall process.
Data Retention
The Service Provider retains user-provided data as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward for operational and legal purposes. To request deletion of user-provided data collected through the Application, contact support@mimivideo.app (or antoxam07@gmail.com). The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal obligations.
Children
The Application is designed for families and aims to provide a controlled environment for content consumption. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in a manner that violates applicable laws. Where accounts or profiles are created, they should be managed by a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for managing access to content and settings in the Application.

Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards designed to protect information processed and maintained in connection with the Application.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted by revising this page (or the hosted policy location). Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, unless applicable law requires a different process.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.
