The Sirens are a National competing Masters Artistic Swimming Team composed of former synchronized swimmers of all abilities. We were founded in 2012. Every year, we look forward to swimming our team and smaller routines at the USAAS Masters Competition in mid-October. We pride ourselves on maintaining a light hearted atmosphere and swim "for the love of the sport". We hope to keep this niche sport fun and help to empower the next generation of artistic swimmers.
Our swimmers compete in a variety of events during the National competition. Most every year, we all swim in a team or team combo routine. Those who are new to the team are encouraged to focus on competing in the figures competitions. Although not required, some enjoy competing in smaller routines: solos, duets and trios.
We practice both in and out of the water between March and October, with the National Masters Championship in mid-october.
