Paul Morgan, Sensei, 6th Dan

“Many people have recently shown an interest in Kendo, and we are trying to accommodate this interest by offering a Milton-based dojo (club). As a Kendo player and instructor, I have appreciated the training and camaraderie that the Kendo world has offered; it has been a great spiritual motivator. I am a member in good standing of the Canadian Kendo Federation, and my rank is 6th Dan Renshi Shogu. I have competed in many tournaments across Canada and the USA, and have played on Team Canada during the Pan-American Games, where Canada took second place. In 1991 I was a Goodwill player during the World Kendo Championships in Toronto. I have trained at Police Headquarters in Tokyo, and at Osaka University. I love the art of Kendo: it has helped me to respect my fellow human beings.” -- Morgan Sensei
