Bring It To Life uses access to the camera and photo library only to allow users to create and save their artwork.
The app uses AI technology to transform drawings into images. Images submitted for generation are processed securely to provide this functionality.
Bring It To Life offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled directly by Apple. Subscription status may be managed through RevenueCat to provide access to premium features.

By downloading, installing, or using Bring It To Life ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree to these terms on behalf of your child. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Bring It To Life is a creative app designed for children that transforms drawings into AI-generated artwork. The App provides drawing tools, camera capture, AI image transformation, mini-games, and a gallery for saved creations.
The App offers a subscription service with a 3-day free trial period, followed by a monthly subscription fee of $4.99 per month.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account.
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device settings.
You retain ownership of all drawings and images you create using the App.
By submitting images for AI transformation, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process the image solely for the purpose of generating your requested artwork.
We do not claim ownership of your creations.
You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as a creative tool for children.
You agree not to:
Submit inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App.
Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Share or distribute the App outside authorized channels.
The App uses artificial intelligence to transform drawings.
While we strive to produce appropriate content, AI-generated results may occasionally be unexpected.
We implement safety filters to ensure content remains child-friendly.
You acknowledge that AI outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to match specific expectations.
The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Bring It To Life and protected by intellectual property laws.
The character "Milo" and all associated artwork are our proprietary property.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription during the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these terms are violated.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and canceling your subscription.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
