MILMAIDS, short for Milwaukee Madison Against AIDS is a charitable 9 PIN-Bowling Tournament that was started in 1985 in response to the AIDS crisis. The tournament alternates between Madison and Milwaukee each year. All proceeds benefit a local HIV/AIDS service organization.
In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic cancelled our tournament. We feel the time is right to bring back this fun event to support such an important cause.
Too often we lose sight of the real reason we support benefits like MILMAIDS. We are all here to help those living with HIV/AIDS who are truly in need. No other consideration can be more important than that!
Organized by a board of volunteer directors, and subsidized entirely by donations, this tournament is in no way affiliated with any business or organization other than the charity being sponsored.
All proceeds of the 2026 MILMAIDS Bowling Tournament will go to the Holton Street Clinic.
Holton Street Clinic's mission is to provide specialized healthcare to all populations with actual or perceived sexually transmitted infections through consultation, testing, treatment, and follow-up with compassion and understanding in a respectful and confidential manner.
Having operated since 1983, we serve in excess of 1200 people per year in the Clinic as well as at numerous outreach sites in a non-judgmental manner. In addition, testing and treatment for a full array of sexually-transmitted infections is available.
Here at HSC, we are committed to providing each client with high quality care in a professional and supportive environment. Our experienced registered nurses will allot ample time for each individual so that comprehensive testing, counseling and treatment may be provided.
Because we value your time, we work by appointment to ensure you are promptly and efficiently served. We look forward to your visit.
