Uploaded images and face data are processed temporarily and are not stored by Milly after the generation process is completed.
We do not sell, rent, or use user data for advertising purposes.
Uploaded images and face data are shared only with Replicate, our AI processing provider, solely to generate the AI result requested by the user. Replicate processes data solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI result and is contractually required to protect data in accordance with applicable privacy and security standards.
We do not share user data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties for marketing purposes.
Milly does not use user data for behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.
Any technical information required for app operation is used only to maintain and improve app functionality.
Milly is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information during transmission and processing.
