1. Services: Millennial Landscape ("the Company") will provide the landscape and lawn care services ("the Services") as detailed in the agreed service plan to the client ("the Client").

2. Appointment Scheduling: The Client will receive a schedule of appointments for the Services. In the event of the Company being unable to complete the Services on the initial scheduled date, the appointment will be rescheduled based on the Company's availability. Typically, services are rescheduled for the following day, unless in cases of membership cancellation or non-payment for the previous billing cycle.

3. Payment: Payment for the Services is due at the time of service unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. In the case of subscription services, payment will be automatically deducted from the Client's designated account on the agreed billing date.

4. Non-Payment: Failure to pay for Services rendered may result in suspension or termination of Services. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action for non-payment of Services.

5. Membership Cancellation: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, and any scheduled services within the current billing cycle will be completed.

6. Priority Service: Subscription members receive priority service. This means subscription members will be given priority in scheduling and rescheduling of appointments.

7. Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits arising out of or in connection with the Services.

8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company operates.

9. Acceptance: By engaging the Company's Services, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
