一、簡介
MilkCare（下稱「本 App」）由給J小姐的禮物出品，是一款專為哺乳期家庭設計的日常照護紀錄工具。我們重視你的私隱。本政策說明本 App 如何處理資料。
二、我們收集什麼資料？
本 App 採用本機儲存模式。
• 餵哺、泵奶、瓶餵、尿布、奶庫、提醒等紀錄，只保存在你的手機本地。
• 本 App 不設帳戶系統，不要求註冊或登入。
• 我們不會主動把個人紀錄上傳至任何伺服器。
• 我們不會透過本 App 收集、分享或出售你的個人資料予第三方作廣告或分析用途。
因此，就 App Store「App 私隱」而言，本 App 目前不會收集會離開裝置並傳送予開發者或第三方的資料。
三、資料儲存在哪裡？
所有紀錄僅儲存於你的裝置（例如系統本機儲存）。
由於資料只保存在本機：
• 刪除 App、清除手機資料、重置裝置或更換手機時，紀錄可能會消失。
• 請妥善保護手機鎖屏密碼與裝置安全。
四、通知權限
若你使用提醒功能，本 App 可能要求系統通知權限，以便在你設定的時間發送本機提醒。
通知內容由你的裝置本機排程，不會因此把餵哺紀錄上傳到伺服器。
五、第三方服務
目前版本未啟用廣告網絡、分析工具或雲端同步服務。
若日後加入此類服務，我們會更新本私隱政策，並在 App Store Connect 更新 App 私隱資訊。
六、兒童私隱
本 App 主要供家長／照護者使用，並非面向兒童的社交或內容分享平台。我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資料並上傳至伺服器。
七、醫療免責
本 App 只供日常紀錄、提醒及一般照護資訊參考，不能取代醫生、助產士、護士或母乳顧問的專業意見。
八、你的選擇
你可以隨時：
• 在 App 內刪除個別紀錄；
• 在系統設定關閉通知；
• 刪除本 App 以移除本機資料。

1. Introduction
MilkCare is a local breastfeeding care logging app. We respect your privacy. This policy explains how data is handled.
2. What data do we collect?
MilkCare uses local-only storage.
• Nursing, pumping, bottle, diaper, milk storage, and reminder data are stored only on your device.
• There is no account system and no sign-up or login.
• We do not upload personal records to any server.
• We do not collect, share, or sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or analytics in the current version.
For App Store App Privacy purposes, this app does not currently collect data that leaves the device to the developer or third parties.
3. Where is data stored?
All records remain on your device. Deleting the app, clearing device data, resetting the device, or changing phones may remove the records. Please protect your device passcode and security.
4. Notifications
If you use reminders, MilkCare may request notification permission to send local scheduled alerts. Reminder scheduling does not upload feeding records to a server.
5. Third-party services
The current version does not enable ad networks, analytics tools, or cloud sync. If this changes, we will update this policy and App Store privacy disclosures.
6. Children’s privacy
MilkCare is intended for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data and upload it to a server.
7. Medical disclaimer
MilkCare is for daily tracking, reminders, and general care information only. It does not replace professional medical or lactation advice.
8. Your choices
You may delete records in the app, disable notifications in system settings, or delete the app to remove local data.
