This Privacy Policy explains how Tawhid Joarder (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Military Calisthenics Men mobile application (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We designed the App to collect as little information as possible. The information you enter into the App stays on your device. We do not require user accounts, and we do not upload your profile, body metrics, or training progress to our servers.
1. Summary
Do we require an account?
No. The App does not require sign-up or login.
Where is your data stored?
On your device only, using local app storage.
Do we sell your data?
No. We never sell your data.
Do we use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs?
No.
What leaves your device?
Only anonymous technical requests for exercise demonstration content, together with an app-integrity token described below. These requests do not include your name, body metrics, BMI, fitness profile, or training history.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
When you complete onboarding or use the App, certain information may be saved locally on your device. This information is used to personalize your experience and track your progress within the App.
This may include:
Your selected fitness objective
Your experience level
Target muscle groups
Training days per week
Preferred session length
Age, height, and weight entered by you
BMI calculated by the App
Motivation or “why” selected during onboarding
Equipment availability
Notification preference
Completed workouts
Workout streaks
Personal records
Experience points, rank, and badges
Any display name you choose to set in your profile
This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us. If you delete the App, reinstall it, or reset the App, locally stored data may be cleared.
3. Health-Related Information
The App may process body metrics such as age, height, weight, and BMI. This information is health-adjacent and is used only within the App to personalize your training experience.
We do not receive, store, sell, share, or use this information for advertising or profiling. This information remains on your device.
The App does not access Apple Health, HealthKit, wearable devices, or any external health platform.
4. Exercise Content Requests
The App may stream exercise demonstration videos and images from our content backend or from an upstream exercise-content provider.
When the App requests exercise content, a standard network request may be sent. This request may include technical information normally provided by your device, such as:
IP address
Device and operating system information
The identifier of the exercise being requested
To help protect our backend from abuse, the App may attach an app-integrity token generated by Apple App Attest through Firebase App Check, a Google service. This token helps verify that the request comes from a genuine, unmodified copy of the App.
The app-integrity token is not an advertising identifier and does not personally identify you.
These content requests do not include your fitness profile, body metrics, BMI, progress, completed workouts, or display name. Streamed media is played on demand and is not permanently downloaded or stored by the App.
5. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App may schedule a local daily training reminder on your device. The default reminder time is 07:00.
These reminders are generated locally by your device using the operating system’s notification scheduler. We do not operate a push notification server, and we cannot see whether or when your reminders are triggered.
You can manage or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer optional paid features or subscriptions.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
If in-app purchases or subscriptions are enabled in the future, purchase validation may be handled by a subscription-management provider, such as RevenueCat, acting on our behalf. This process may involve a purchase receipt, but not your body metrics, fitness profile, training history, or personal health-related information.
If such services are added, this Privacy Policy will be updated to identify the provider before those features go live.
7. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of service providers to operate the App and deliver exercise content.
These may include:
Apple — App Store distribution, in-app purchases, and App Attest device integrity
Google Firebase App Check — verification that content requests come from a genuine copy of the App
Exercise-content backend and upstream content provider — delivery of exercise demonstration media
These services process only the limited technical information needed to provide their services. They do not receive your locally stored fitness profile, body metrics, BMI, workout history, or progress data from the App.
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking technologies. We do not track you across apps or websites.
8. Your Choices and Control
Because your personal App data is stored on your device, you control it directly.
You may:
Delete locally stored App data by uninstalling the App
Use any in-App reset option we provide
Manage or disable notifications through your device settings
The app-integrity token used for content requests is required for the App to fetch exercise content securely. It cannot be disabled while using that feature, but it does not contain your personal profile, body metrics, BMI, or training history.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can address the issue.
10. Data Retention and Security
We do not maintain user accounts or personal fitness profiles on our servers. As a result, we do not retain your profile, body metrics, BMI, or workout progress on our systems.
Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device’s own security features, such as passcodes, biometrics, and operating system sandboxing. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
11. International Users
The App may be used internationally. The limited technical requests described in this Privacy Policy may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence.
By using the App, you understand that this limited technical information may be processed in other countries.
12. Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. These rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, or request information about certain personal data.
Because we do not maintain your personal fitness profile, body metrics, BMI, or training progress on our servers, most access or deletion requests can be completed directly by managing or deleting the data on your own device.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
For material changes, we may provide notice within the App or on the page where this Privacy Policy is hosted. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
