As a student athlete, it is very hard to manage time effectively and a lot of stress is created through all the running around and different events. The same can be said for most college students and young adults, as they find themselves truly alone for the first time in a new and difficult environment. These situations are not good for stress levels and often result in poor mental health. So, combining personal experience with my severe procrastination problem, I realized that countless other experience the same problems, so I want to do something about it.Â
