Professional Bio

I’m a student at Chaparral High School in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a strong interest in medicine. I’m particularly interested in medical imaging, anatomy, minimally invasive procedures, and the role of advanced technology in diagnosing and treating patients.

My academic and career plans are centered around building a strong foundation in the sciences while gaining meaningful exposure to healthcare and the medical profession. I currently plan to attend Arizona State University College of Health Solutions and pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Studies before attending the University of Arizona College of Medicine to earn my medical degree.

Following medical school, I plan to complete an Integrated Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Arizona and Banner Health. My long-term goal is to become an Interventional Radiologist specializing in image-guided, minimally invasive procedures that can provide effective treatment while reducing the need for traditional surgery. 

Beyond academics, I’m focused on developing the skills that will be essential throughout my future career, including communication, leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and professionalism. Through school activities, leadership opportunities, career exploration, and continued learning, I’m actively working to better understand healthcare and the responsibilities that come with caring for patients.

I’m especially interested in the intersection of medicine and technology and how innovations in imaging, robotics, artificial intelligence, and minimally invasive techniques are shaping the future of healthcare. I look forward to continuing my education, learning from medical professionals, gaining hands-on experience, and building the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute meaningfully to the field of Interventional Radiology.
