Privacy Policy for FlexiAlarm

1. Overview
FlexiAlarm (“the App”) is a customizable alarm and smart wake application designed for Apple Watch, with an optional iPhone companion app. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.

2. Information You Provide
The App allows you to configure and store:
- Alarm times and schedules
- Wake windows
- Snooze settings
- Vibration preferences
- Sensitivity settings
- Repeat configurations
- Other alarm-related preferences
This information is stored locally on your device.
3. Apple Health Data
If you enable HealthKit integration:
- The App may read sleep-related data to enhance smart wake functionality.
- Health data is read-only.
- Health data is used solely to provide user-facing features within the App.
- Health data is not transmitted to external servers controlled by the developer.
- Health data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
You may revoke Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
4. Developer Access to Data
The developer does NOT have access to:
- Your alarm schedules
- Your sleep data
- Your wake patterns
- Any personal health information
All alarm and Health data remain on your device and within Apple’s secure system frameworks.
5. Automatically Collected Information
The App may rely on limited diagnostic information provided by Apple, such as crash reports, to improve stability and performance.
The App does NOT:
- Collect location data
- Collect contacts
- Use advertising identifiers
- Track users across apps or websites
- Sell personal data
6. Data Storage
All configuration data and alarm settings are stored locally on your device.
The App does not use external servers controlled by the developer.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
You may:
- Modify or delete alarms at any time
- Revoke Health permissions
- Delete the App to remove locally stored data
Deleting the App removes locally stored configuration data from the device.
8. Data Sharing
FlexiAlarm does not:
- Sell personal data
- Share user data with third parties
- Use third-party advertising networks
- Use sleep or alarm data for profiling or marketing
9. Security
The App relies on Apple’s platform security, including device-level encryption and secure system APIs.
While reasonable measures are used, no system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not specifically directed at children under 13. No knowingly collected personal information from children is stored beyond user-configured alarm data.
11. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
