Reviving this thread a little bit. My hopes of finding this 90s dance track are slim... But i'll have a go.

Was around probably mid 90s... It is more of a Eurodance or maybe even NRG themed...

Throughout the song there is a girl yelling out "I like to party......" and "Party I like it !" Etc...

Does this ring any bells to anybody ??

For this generation and the generation of not so distant past, the name Florante still rings a bell. Who wouldn't remember an artist whose folk music made it consistently to the chart in the 70s and 80s? Florante was a household name. He has successfully landed in the music industry that embraces the talent and the brilliance of an artist. An industry that allows his artistry to flourish and to eventually find new heights in the movies. Florante has become an icon in the local movie and music industry. With the fascinating depiction of myriad local colors in his music, he has captured both industries. They believed in his innate talent, his extraordinary love for his craft, his country and his countrymen. At the age of eight, Florante began to pluck the strings of his ukelele. As he grew older, he charmed himself with the ivory keys of his piano, tinkered the bass, pounded his drums, and toyed his guitar. His unique gift in guitar playing made him popular in his hometown. His peers would invite him to join their bands. So, he did, but not quite that long. He decided to go solo afterwards.Armed with his acoustic guitar and his ambition to succeed, Florante pursued his music career as a folk singer that brought him to Japan. His sorties in Japan honed his craft further. He also branched out into writing his own music. With poetic and catchy tunes which one can easily associate with, Florante's music captivated the music moguls in the industry. He was offered a record deal that ultimately catapulted him to stardom. He recorded hit songs such as Pinay, Si Tatay, Sana, Kahit Konti, Galunggong, Nanay Mo Lang, Ako'y Pinoy, Abakada, Sepulturero, Upuan, Buhay Amerika, Handog. The latter has been so popular that almost everybody in the Philippines knows how to sing it, or hum it, at least. It has also become one of the artist's favorites and one of many colleges' graduation songs. Some of his works were great movie themes. His Pinay was a theme song of a movie, Lollipops and Roses at Burong Talangka; Ika'y Pinay was a theme song of the movie, Wanted Wives; Hayop sa Ganda and Buhay ang Inutang were theme songs of the movies with the same title. Also, advertising industry was not spared of Florante's contagious musical ingenuity. His songs Ako'y Pinoy became the music of Philbanking, A&W Rootbeer, Asia Brewery's Beer na Beer commercials and Handog was the music of Selecta Ice Cream and Forex Cargo ads.Florante became the country's most sought-after concert artist. Filipinos like his songs, his wits, and the one-liner puns he injects during his concert, that his audience would not want him to go. He is a phenomenal performer whose artistry affected different industries in the Philippines favorably.Due to his success in the music industry, he was offered to appear in the movies, too. His first flick was Pabonggahan followed by Buhay Artista Ngayon with the country's King of Comedy, Dolphy and Queen of Philippine movies, Vilma Santos. He also had a television show called Handog and No Problem with the late ace comedian former Bert Marcelo.Aside from being a respected artist, an ideal family man, Florante is a nationalist. He is a true Filipino in heart, mind and soul.
