Carrobbio

The name comes from Latin, Quadrivium Portae Ticinensis, when it symbolized the intersection of two streets. Today it's considered one of the most famous sites in Milan; shops and history come together in a place where people discover the hidden, true soul of Milan.

Here you can also find the only tower that survived Barbarossa's invasion in 1162, when the walls of the city were totally destroyed by the forces of the invaders. Many Milanese do not know the actual importance that this place had in its past history, but you will and we will tell you much more.
