All Arts and Crafts are located outside in the Milan Public Library parking lot.

Hours: 

Sat. August 31         10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Sun. September 1 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Mon. September 2       10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Set up: 

Fri. August 30 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Sat. August 31 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.            

Unloading vehicles must NOT interfere with traffic.

Fees:    $200 for 10 x 10 ft outside space.  Electric is provided. 

Each crafter must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, extra, light and anything else needed. The park is patrolled at night by the police department, The Melon Festival will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances. There will be NO PETS permitted on the premises.   Please make hotel accommodations for overnight stay. NO overnight accommodations are permitted on the premises or surrounding village of any kind.  

RETURNING VENDORS SHOULD HAVE CONTRACTS TURNED IN BY MAY 1st TO RESERVE THEIR SPOT.

New vendors will be contacted after May 1st.  Interested candidates should email a list of products and space requested to the committee at the e-mail below.  We attempt to jury our show and not duplicate vendors.
