Milan Timotic — Just Figuring It Out As He Goes 

Milan Timotic is one of those guys who somehow ends up with the most random life stories and makes them sound completely normal. He was born in a small town in Ohio in the early 90s, to parents who moved to the US a few years before he was born. Growing up, Milan was the kid who got into everything for like two weeks at a time. Skateboarding, drums, coding, fixing bikes. He never really stuck to one thing, but he always got just good enough to surprise people later.

In high school he wasn’t the loudest guy in the room, but everyone knew him. Mostly because if something broke, a phone, a car, some random school equipment, Milan would figure out how to fix it. Not always perfectly, but enough to get it working again. That kind of became his thing.

After graduation he bounced around a bit. Tried community college, dropped out, went back again, switched majors a couple times, and eventually landed in IT. Not because it was some lifelong dream, it just made sense and he was already the fix it guy anyway. He moved to Austin, Texas in his mid 20s pretty much on a whim and stayed because he liked the vibe.

Now he works as a systems analyst for a mid sized tech company. It sounds more serious than it feels. Most of his day is solving weird problems, helping people who refuse to read instructions, and occasionally saving the day when something crashes right before a deadline.

Outside of work he keeps it simple. Late night drives, checking out random food spots, going down YouTube rabbit holes about stuff he will probably never actually do, like restoring old motorcycles or building tiny homes. He still picks up new hobbies all the time, just sticks with them a little longer now.

People who know Milan would say he is easy to talk to, a little sarcastic, and weirdly calm when everyone else is stressed. He is not trying to impress anyone, and somehow that is what makes him stand out.

No big master plan, just figuring things out as he goes and picking up random skills along the way.
