Getting a quote is free and if you ask for a quote you are not obliged to purchase however please let me know if you are only looking at the moment. A quote is valid for a month after you get it. My prices may change/go up so please keep that in mind if you are getting a quote for a suit you are not looking to purchase for a while. Please supply a clear reference sheet which shows all details of the character. If supplying multiple references please make sure they do not have varying designs as this becomes confusing. There are many free reference bases online which you can fill out so if you don't have a reference sheet I would advise you do this. 

My prices do not include shipping and I can only accurately work out the price once I weigh the finished product, however, I can give an estimate. All customs fees etc MUST be covered by you. I do not pay for these. Once it leaves my hands I have no control over the package so I am not responsible for any issues with shipping.  But if there are any issues with shipping I will try to work with you and the shipping company to resolve them. I am in the UK so please bear this in mind when ordering. I try to ship as soon as I finish but sometimes the post office is closed or I am not able to that day. I will keep you updated but in most instances, I can ship the same day/next day. Shipping options including courier, speed (1st class etc) can be chosen by the commissioner, however for high value items such as fursuits, I will only ship with a tracked and insured service. 

My items come with a 3 month warranty that includes build issues such as things falling off, thread coming undone etc. This does not include damage that is caused by use/mishandling. I reserve the right to refuse for reasons such as mishandling, dirty suits, abuse etc. Whether it's a maker or user error will be decided on a case-by-case basis. To have something repaired please message me. Shipping will need to be paid by the buyer in all instances.

I do not make suits of any copyrighted characters such as characters from movies or games. However this sometimes can be done but it very much depends. I also will not copy another suit design. If you want a similar style or the same colours that can be done, as long as it's only inspired (e.g same colour scheme but completely different markings), in some cases, you may need to contact the suit owner first to make sure they are ok with it. Please do not steal a character design and claim it's yours as I am unable to backcheck every single character design and put trust in you that you do own that character. By commissioning me you are agreeing that the character is owned by you, or you have permission to use it. I am happy to make suits that will be used for nsfw purposes and I can also work with nsfw reference sheets but absolutely nothing feral/philia related. If I am sent Zoophilia/Pedophilia based references you will be blocked and blacklisted. Please keep in mind that I work off the references you send me, please make sure they are accurate to what you want the character to look like as I cannot read your mind lol! When I have accepted your commission and am currently working on it please try not to change things while I am working on it or ask for things you didn't previously specify. Asking for things such as eyelids and piercings etc is ok but asking me to do things like a completely different ear shape to the one on your ref once I have already made the base or changing the markings once I have already sewn the fur creates lots of extra work and wasted materials and can/will incur an extra charge. This does not mean you cant ask for changes on things when I show them (e.g if I show the base for approval and you want me to make the cheeks chubbier or something simple) but they must be within reason.

I can take payment through Etsy, PayPal or direct bank transfer. Paypal is highly preferred. For commissions I do not accept cancellations as its a custom product, however, if you ask before any materials etc have been brought I can refund minus the deposit (15% of the overall cost of the item). I do take payment plans and these can be done via Paypal Invoices. With payment plans I do not start until at least 25% has been paid, and then I will start with the smaller items and make the head last. If you want a refund halfway through it being made I can give a partial refund of what I haven't spent on materials and time. Depending how completed the suit is, I will sell it on as a premade and make edits where I can. But if I have already completed parts such as the head, I will not be dissasembling them to make edits, so they will be sold as is.

Please bear in mind I am a busy person and have a job and full-time college alongside fursuits so I don't have time for just chatting (of course if it's about the suit that's fine). Also, it's unfortunate I have to add this but it happened a few times already, please do not ask me any NSFW questions, ask me to date you, ask me personal questions that aren't just friendly questions (e.g if it's about pets that's fine), or be overall creepy. I am a young woman and it makes me uncomfortable and can be scary at times. Thank you for respecting my boundaries. This is a business-only arrangement. I try to answer messages in a timely manner, and important messages regarding commissions will be prioritised over non fursuit related chat. 

I do own cats and although they aren't allowed near any of my fursuit making stuff, I cannot guarantee that there isn't any trace of dander etc. Therefore if you are strongly allergic I advise you don't purchase a suit from me. Note that I do make NSFW content on twitter and it is possible that premade/commission suits could be visible in the background as I do not currently have a workshop so make suits in my bedroom. So due to this and other reasons I do not sell to minors. If I ever sold a worn suit that had been worn for said content, it will be explicitly noted in the listing. At the moment I only sell new non worn suits and I don't plan on selling any used suits at any time in the future. Also when wearing a fursuit, your vision and ventilation are not as good as without, therefore to prevent injury always remember to have a handler with you to make sure you are ok, and remember to drink lots of water. If you have medical issues which may be worsened by wearing a fursuit, I would recommend seeking an alternative such as ear headbands (which I can make :D). I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if I feel it is appropriate (such as sexual harassment, finding out you are an animal abuser etc). This has only happened once and I hope I will never have to again, but in the circumstance I do feel its appropriate, a partial refund will be given minus material costs.
