Welcome to MikoAI ("Application"). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We take your privacy seriously and will only collect, process, and use your personal information to provide services with your consent.

This privacy policy only applies to the information we collect through the application.
1. The information we collect
1.1 The information we collect is divided into two categories: "voluntarily provided" information and "automatically collected" information. "Voluntary provision" of information refers to any information that you intentionally voluntarily provide to us when using our application and related services. We will seek your consent when collecting your information. "Voluntary" means that you can also choose not to provide such information to us, depending on yourself. Automatic collection of information refers to any information that your device automatically sends during access to our application and related services. This automatically collected information is necessary for us to provide application services, and we will collect this information to the minimum extent necessary.
1.2 The information we collect under specific functions:
When you use the create function, the content you enter and the corresponding generated content will be stored on our server for 7 days, and you can delete the above information at any time. Please note that after 7 days, we will no longer store content generated by your users, and all stored content will be automatically deleted from our server. The content saved to your device (non user album) through the app will not be deleted unless you uninstall our application from your phone.
1.3 Types of Information We Collect
a. Log data
When you access our server through our application, we may automatically record the standard data provided by your device. It may include your device type and version, your activities in the application, time and date, and other detailed information about your use. In addition, when you encounter certain errors while using the application, we will automatically collect data about the errors and their occurrence. These data may include technical details about your device, what you attempted to do when the error occurred, and other technical information related to the problem. You may or may not receive notification of such errors, even at the moment when the error occurred, you may still receive notification that the error has occurred or what the nature of the error is. This information will not have any association with personal identity.
b. User generated content
We believe that 'user generated content' is material (text, images, or video content) voluntarily provided to us or created by our users.
c. Payment data.
The purchase transaction is conducted through Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and you should carefully read their payment terms, service terms, personal policies, and any other relevant terms. We will not directly collect your payment information.
d. Device information.
We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including your device's unique device identifier, operating system, and mobile network information.
2. The purpose of collecting information from you
a. To achieve any other purpose for which you provide the application and to obtain the services provided by the application.
b. Fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights arising from any contracts signed between you and us, including billing and payment.
c. We may notify you when application updates are available, as well as changes to any products or services we provide or provide through the application.
Please note that even if we take all reasonable measures to protect your information, no system or network is risk-free. In the event of unforeseen events, including but not limited to phishing, viruses, identity theft, other network attacks, and server damage caused by war or other uncontrollable events, we will try our best to protect your information, but we will not be responsible for any risk, loss or damage caused by the following reasons:, or as a result of the said unforeseen events. After such unforeseeable events occur, we will promptly and reasonably inform you of the basic situation, potential impacts, and remedial measures we have taken to address these events. If further reporting obligations arise due to regulatory authorities under applicable laws, we will be required to disclose such events and relevant details to the authorities.
3. Third party information collection
3.1 When you use an application, some third parties may use automated information collection technology to collect information about you or your device. The third parties we use to collect application user data include:
a. Firebase Crashlytics, which helps track, prioritize, and address application stability issues.
b. Google Advertising, which collects information to determine the source of downloads.
These third parties may use tracking technology to collect information about you when using this application.
3.2 We do not control these third-party tracking technologies or how they are used. Please carefully read their privacy or data policies to protect your information and privacy. If you have any questions about advertising or other targeted content, you should directly contact the responsible provider.
4. Data retention and transmission
4.1 "Creativity" will be stored on our server for 7 days, and once it exceeds 7 days, we will automatically delete it.
4.2 The APP is maintained in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("HKSAR"), and you are aware that data stored in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region may be subject to legal requirements from local courts or law enforcement agencies. Any information you provide through the application may be stored, processed, transmitted, and accessed between the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and other regions or countries, which may not guarantee the same level of protection as the region or country where you reside. You hereby expressly agree and agree to transfer, store, and/or process your information outside of your region or country of residence.
4.3 If you are from the European Union, it is important for you to know that based on the standard contract terms approved by the European Commission, it is guaranteed to transmit your data to recipients in these countries by participating in and complying with EU data protection laws. By using our services, you agree to make such transfers and transactions within the scope of the purposes specified in this agreement.

You can contact us for deletion through the instructions at the end of this policy.
6. European Privacy Rights

Nothing in this agreement, including the above terms, shall affect your right to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
7. Children's Policy
7.1 General age limit. This application is not applicable to children under the age of 14 (in some cases, this age may vary due to the legal requirements of your jurisdiction of residence, collectively referred to as the "minimum user age"), and we will not intentionally collect personal information from children under the minimum user age. If you have not reached the minimum user age, please do not attempt to register this application or provide us with any personal information about yourself. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information about children under the minimum user age without parental consent, we will delete that information. 7.2 Age limits for EU residents. According to the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulations, you must be at least 16 years old to use our services. Within the scope prohibited by applicable laws, we do not allow EU residents under the age of 16 to use this service unless they obtain permission from their parents/guardians.
8. Changes to our privacy policy
We may update our privacy policy from time to time in order to provide our services in a timely manner and comply with applicable laws. Other notifications will be displayed or communicated to you in other ways. Therefore, please visit this privacy policy page regularly to check for any changes. If you do not agree to the modified privacy policy, you have the right and should immediately stop using the application. If you continue to use the service within a reasonable time after the update notice, it will be deemed that you have accepted all modifications, unless applicable laws require the application to obtain your explicit consent to the modifications.
