For years The Windsor Boys' School Boat Club has achieved some incredible success inspite of very limited resources, including 7 wins at Henley Royal Regatta, countless National Titles and regularly producing athletes into the Great Britain Team.

The Stovell Boathouse served us well, but we have long & far outgrown it. In 2020 we were able to lease some land next 'Above the Lock' which has dramatically increased our ability to operate both performance and opportunity for all rowing. Many months of hard work by parents, boys and coaches turned what was a waste land into a functioning rowing centre - WATCH THE VIDEO BELOW and the PICTURE GALLERY. There is much still to do as it is all set up as a temporary facility for the foreseeable future

The Stovell Boathouse is now a dedicated Year 9 and Learn to Row Facility, with the Above the Lock Site for Upper boats and performance rowing, as well as year 9 rowing camps at certain times of the year

Named in Memory of one of our former Captain of Boats Mike Tovell, the aim now is to purchase the land to secure the long term future of The Windsor Boys' School Boat Club. We will have to work together though!

This site aims to provide a focus to fundraising opportunities. Right now we are looking for pledges to the cause, to purchase and develop the site.
