Kitchen/Dining Extension
This project started off with a covered back patio. The owners wanted to add room to the dining and kitchen for a future full remodel. We cut out the pad, poured a new foundation. Framed in the covered patio, added a new door and a couple windows. Added a new 12'x8' storage room as well. Built out the existing coffered ceiling to carry the look into the extended rooms.
